gemma3:4b-it-qat produces incoherent outputs after upgrading to Ollama v0.12.0.

What happened? What did you expect to happen?
What happened:
After upgrading to Ollama 0.12.0 and running gemma3:4b-it-qat, the model outputs repetitive greetings, broken conjugation, and ignores prompts. For example, when prompted Hablame de Tenerife, it replies:

¡Hola, estoy bien, ¡Hola! ¡bien! ¿y que tal? ¿Cómo estás tú? ¿cómo estás? ¿Qué puedo ayudarte?

This behavior did not occur on the previous version (0.11.x).

Expected behavior:
gemma3:4b-it-qat should provide coherent, relevant information about Tenerife, as it did on Ollama 0.11.x.
