What is the issue?

Good day guys,

I downloaded the Ollama app, and the Qwen3:32b model. I can use the app sucessfully to chat with the model. Hpwever, when I upload a PDF file (14 pages long) the app just shows a three dots loading animation; however, it won't progress from there. I tried increased the context length to 64k as recommended on the Ollama website, but still no luck. Is there any way to fix this and be able to chat with my documents?

For anyone interested, I managed to get it wworking after a complete re-install.
