I have added 4 openAPI tool servers. Sometimes the model will execute the tools which is irrelevant.

Suggest allow user to pick which tool should be used in the current convervation. This aproach is already applied to Tools under Workspace. I wish this approach can apply to tools of OpenAPI tool server.
