What is the issue?

My rx 570 suddenly runs black screens while gaming or doing anything requires a gpu and i have to restart pc using the power button and i tried several solutions like changing drivers and the tuning in the amd software and i also tried the patching thing all of this didn’t work pls anyone help me with this
