What is the issue?

Just got the new Framework 13 laptop with AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 w/ Radeon 890M and when running a local model, none of the GPU or NPU cores are being used. I don't know all about these chips, but it seems like it's not being utilized correctly by ollama.

ollama currently supports a subset of the available hardware acceleration platforms. See here for NPU support request and here for 890M.
