The ollama converter only handles a subset of architectures, for others you can use llama.cpp to convert.

I tried llama.cpp and got the same error, I think the model architecture is actually changed. I asked about llama.cpp support in the model repo before but didn't get a reply.

I got a reply of another developer in huggingface recently, the gguf version was created on mradermacher/Cosmos-1.0-Prompt-Upsampler-12B-Text2World-hf-GGUF.
