I wanted to test out Ollama, but when I installed it on my Mac, I noticed that it added a login item without my permission, and then to use the app, I have to grant it admin access to my entire computer. Both of these are total non-starters for me. Please respect people's system settings (at least ask permission first) and security by making these things optional.

@mchiang0610, what about the required admin access? That isn't addressed in the issue you linked to. This should be an optional feature, not required to start the app.
