What is the issue?

pulling manifest
pulling 819c2adf5ce6... 0% ▕ ▏ 0 B/669 MB
Error: max retries exceeded: Get "819c2adf5c/data": dial tcp: lookup dd20bb891979d25aebc8bec07b2b3bbc.r2.cloudflarestorage.com: no such host

everytime i try to download an ollama model in my laptop I am getting this error please suggest me a solution
