Currently, the documentation consists of .md content which is located here. I think that the documentation can be greatly improved if it is hosted as a static site using Material for MkDocs. It uses markdown content for the site and can be incorporated into the current project without having any breaking changes of existing documentation.

I can help to set-up this site by contributing a PR towards this issue. Could you please let me know?
