What is the issue?

I think this issue is still persisting:

"I noticed that modifying the Context Length in Settings - Advanced Parameters doesn't actually pass that parameter in the request. Only changing the Context Length in Chat Controls - Advanced Params actually sends the parameter. This seems to be a bug in OpenWebUI."
