What is the issue?

after I installing the ollama 0.4.5 on my PC( windows 11) the version info is return back to the 0.4.1 and cannot display newly downloaded models:
PixPin_2024-11-26_19-22-19

also, my GPU driver version is 566

not in WSL, direct windows installation. previously fixed, it seems my problem, not installed completely. delete all files and reinstall fix this problem, thanks for reply
