Note that recently, Nvidia added builds for Fedora 40 and 41, so removing this check seems appropiate

Also, Fedora 42 seems supported, but only on ARM (sbsa): https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/repos/fedora42/sbsa/
