Heyy Llamas,

so I got this idea, how about adding an option to show us how many models we have had with a simple right click on the llama icon?

yeah yeah I know ollama list can show 'em all, but its not convinient when I use Ollama's Rest api with other programms rather than in the terminal.
Sometimes I forgot which one is in my VRAM, thats it.
