In the previous version, only the "target machine actively refused it" issue would occur, but now both problems are present.

Looks like the ollama server isn't running. Did you deactivate it somehow?

If you're still hitting this problem, please quit all the multiple ollama instances that are running in the system tray, and check task manager for any Ollama instances that may still be running and kill them as well. Then try to start ollama again, and it should work properly. If not, please share the app.log and I'll reopen the issue so we can investigate.
