Yesterday there was some new model added to ollama site library Deepseek R1 family:
671b-q4_K_M

Could you please tell the difference with 671b, updated 2 weeks ago?

In model 671b-q4_K_M run string should be
ollama run deepseek-r1:671b-q4_K_M

But site tells that run string is
ollama run deepseek-r1:671b

deepseek-r1:671b is the same as deepseek-r1:671b-q4_K_M. The update was just to add a link to the q4_K_M quant.

@rick-github is spot on (thanks!). It's the same model – the q4_K_M tag was simply left out before and so it was published.
