What is the issue?

I've downloaded gemma4:31b, tried to copy/paste model files from PC A to B.
(C:\Users\Administrator.ollama\models)
It has worked well before updating Ollama 0.20.2,
but now no, suggesting me to download the model even though it is there.

PS C:\Users\Administrator> ollama

pulling manifest
pulling 280af6832eca: 100% ▕██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████▏ 19 GB
pulling 7339fa418c9a: 18% ▕██████████ ▏ 2.0 KB/ 11 KB
