What is the issue?

I tried to use the full deepseek model 4-bit quantized one with ollama run deepseek-r1:671b

but it somehow gives DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD as the output

I had the same issue on my phone running PocketPal. I only got a @ every couple of seconds.
