It would be great to be possible to use Ollama Cloud as a Copilot provider similar to the VScode integration

I've also raised this in the official Copilot plugin page.

I'm not sure how the VScode integration works, but I feel it should be simple to adapt it to Neovim as there is already a Copilot plugin - it could be just tweaking the plugin to work with Ollama cloud ...
