What is the issue?

I'm running Windows 11 Home 24H2 and Smart App Control won't let the installer run. I downloaded it from ollama.com, so it's probably the official installer. I downloaded it from ollama.com on 10/6/25. This is the text from the prompt I got when trying to run it:

Smart App Control blocked an app that may be unsafe
C:\Users[USER]\Downloads\OllamaSetup.exe was blocked because we can't confirm who wrote it and it's not an app we're familiar with.
If you think we made a mistake in blocking this app, select Send feedback to send us a copy of the app along with your comments to review.
