What is the issue?

GGML_ASSERT(tensor->op == GGML_OP_UNARY) failed em ggml.c:1729, a sua versão do Ollama (0.6.7), o seu sistema operativo (Windows), a sua GPU (RTX 3060), e anexando os ficheiros server.log (tanto da tentativa com GPU como da tentativa com CPU). Pode referir as issues #9509 e #10495 como relacionadas.
