Hi,

I noticed that models in the Ollama Library sometimes get updated after initial release. For example, gemma3 was released weeks ago, but according to the model page and the list of tags, it was last updated on 25 Mar (as of now). However, I can not see any changelog or description of what is new - neither textual nor as a "diff". (I'm talking specifically about the model, not the latest Ollama release.)

Is this information available somewhere?
