It would be nice if you could have a Modelfile that had an OpenAI model as a base. Then Ollama inference would call the OpenAI APIs instead of local inference with the built parameters. I know it seems like maybe it sorta defeats the point but I really like having the "Ollama facade" available. I use the March version of GPT-4 heavily but have to type "Let's think step by step" and all those other things all the time 😵‍💫

I could look at making a PR for this if there is interest. @jmorganca @mchiang0610
