Overview

Ollama is a foundational tool for the global open-source AI community. As its popularity continues to soar among Chinese developers and users, providing localized documentation will significantly lower the barrier to entry and foster greater community engagement in the region.

This PR introduces a complete, high-quality Chinese translation of the README.md.

Changes

  • README.zh.md: Created a full Chinese translation of the documentation. This includes the massive "Community Integrations" list, ensuring strict structural parity with the English original. Every code block, link, and configuration snippet has been faithfully preserved.
  • Language Switcher: Added an English · 中文 toggle in the main README.md. It is strategically positioned immediately below the main logo block to ensure maximum discoverability for non-English speakers.

Translation Details

  • Technical terms (e.g., "Agent", "REST API", "Endpoints", "CLI", "RAG") have been preserved in English or translated to their accepted industry-standard Chinese equivalents to maintain developer familiarity.
  • Markdown integrity was strictly maintained to ensure no linting errors or broken formatting.
