What is the issue?

I downloaded the MacOS version of ollama, I am able to pull models and run them, but not serve them.
I get the following error: Error: listen tcp 127.0.0.1:11434: bind: address already in use

I have tried restarting the system, I have retried reinstallation, killing the process id, but every time I run ollama serve, I still get this error.
