An endpoint or a CLI command to fetch an ollama "model" by hash (e.g. as found in manifests/registry.ollama.ai/library/llama3.1/latest) instead of by a human-assigned tag would help e.g. with offline usage of ollama (downloading models upfront in a sandbox and exposed to ollama in a read-only form)
