What is the issue?

As mentioned by a few others in https://github.com/ollama/ollama/issues/6449 the phi3.5 models never stop responding and quickly become nonsensical

I don't know if it is related. But phi3.5 is performing horrible on my machine (M2 Mac).

I have my own little leaderboard where i tests the models on a daily base.

The score (first column) and the duration are not good at all.

I update ollama and the model before the test but i am seeing this behaviour since I added the phi3.5 mode.
