This PR adds a complete Chinese translation of the README to help Chinese-speaking users get started with Ollama.

What's included

Full translation of installation instructions (macOS/Windows/Linux/Docker)
Quick start guide in Chinese
REST API documentation with Chinese comments
Python/JavaScript code examples with Chinese variable names
Complete list of community integrations with Chinese descriptions

Why

Ollama has a large user base in China, and a Chinese README will lower the barrier to entry for non-English speakers.
