These are two different trained models.

This model was trained for Chat conversations: https://huggingface.co/meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3.1-8B
This model was trained for Instruction based interactions: https://huggingface.co/meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct
