I have noticed that some models such as llama 3 and gemma have restrictive licenses that add arbitrary limitations. I think the licensing of models is not clear yet but models that do not allow use, distribution and modification for any purpose should be labeled with a red restrictive license indicator. This will make it easier to avoid models that have requirements such as keeping it up to date at all times. It also will avoid legal issues for users who may violate the license terms without using it.
