What is the issue?

Good day,

Despite being on a metered connection, Ollama appears to disregard the setting and continues downloading data in the background.

It's similar to https://github.com/ollama/ollama/issues/4498, however it's not exactly about disabling auto update, but rather to check if connection metered or not.
