What is the issue?

Since the update to v0.13.1 on macOS, the application window displays a white scroll rail. This issue is visually distracting.

This did not occur in previous versions, when the macOS setting by default for displaying scroll bars was set to Automatically based on mouse or trackpad.

The only workaround is to change the macOS setting to When scrolling.
