What is the issue?

Video of speed comparison below - Ollama 0.9.2 vs. Ollama 0.9.3 (buggy on ARM64 and Linux) .

Note that I am using screen recorder at the same time as LLM.

Version numbers are also shown. I have had to temporarily downgrade:

agree - that speed of startup of a model is significant slower in compare to previous version. Any suggestions?

As Rick mentioned, please share server logs for 0.9.2 and 0.9.3 on the same system loading the same model so we can spot what might have changed to lead to a performance regression.
