What is the issue?

I started an ollama container using docker. At first, I used nvidia-smi in the container to check the graphics card information normally. After a while, I used nvidia-smi in the ollama container to check the graphics card information. The prompt was: Failed to initialize NVML: Unknown Error

Graphics card model: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080
