What is the issue?

i try go get ... and such , just testing go cmds
esecially for newest versions

then well this appeared

go: honnef.co/go/tools@v0.5.1 (matching ...@upgrade) requires github.com/BurntSushi/toml@v1.4.1-0.20240526193622-a339e1f7089c, not github.com/BurntSushi/toml@v1.4.0 (matching ...@upgrade)
