📄 Description

As I check the list from time to time to see if there are any new/interesting projects, I always face this wall of inactive projects, which is kinda unreliable. So I thought some cleaning up would help with discovery (done this only for web & desktop apps as it's the most interesting for me and size-wise the one where we could benefit from sorting things out). In a first step I went through the enlisted community projects (mainly web & desktop apps), labeled inactive projects (and proprietary projects) and fixed some links. Then I went on and moved labeled apps into own sub-lists.
