Instructed to delete only the annotated items after code generation. However, I ordered not to add any code that does not exist, but the same error continues to occur. It also says that it is the user's fault and the user's mistake, as if ignoring the user. It's like waiting for the user to get angry.

not working for qwen3:30b instruct in ollama v0.12.9. It's working in v0.10.0. Recently, after upgrade, it would not launch it. qwen3-coder:30b is ok.
I have to revert and back to v0.10.0. it's fine

A report for a severe bug is usually accompanied by logs, samples of input and output, explanation of why it's a bug, configuration settings, environment, etc - supporting evidence that would allow the issue to be reproduced, analyzed and hopefully, remedied.

I ran into "Error: 503 Service Unavailable: server busy, please try again. maximum pending requests exceeded" when run "ollama run qwen3:30b-a3b-instrcut-2507" in v0.12.9
It's working in previous version all the time. not working for v0.12.10 either.
