When we choose model from the chat input and when the model responds , It would be better if we can add a text where it shows from which model , the answer was responded

Here for my first question I used , Gemma3 model and for second I used deepseek-r1:1.5b model , (wanted to test response time , accuracy and type of response generated) it would be a lot helpful if we can add something like that
