What is the issue?

Deepseek R1 0528 was listed as finally tool capable on Ollama 0.9.1. But neither the Deepseek R1 Qwen-8B that I pulled from ollama or the hf.co show as tool capable under ollama 0.9.1. And forcing tool capable flag when calling the model will result in ollama throwing an error saying model not tool capable.

deepseek-r1:671b-0528 is tool capable. The distillates are not.

Hi @mlaihk at the moment as @rick-github mentioned only the larger DeepSeek-R1 model has tool calling. I'm not sure if the 8B model was trained on tool calling
