Periphery under docker is not creating git repo folders #563

If I run periphery as a systemd process, a git pull creates the proper clone path. Yet, if I run periphery under docker, referencing the docker.sock file in the proper location, i only get repos created in the /etc/komodo/repos folder, which causes issues with some of my configs.
