Frequently I find myself wanting to see everything that is missing a particular tag. It would be wonderful if we could have the ability when filtering to check a box to exclude the selected tags and see what remains.

This would be great, there are some resources that I want to keep a copy of, but am not actually using and don't want them to be listed.

Blocking a user prevents them from interacting with repositories, such as opening or commenting on pull requests or issues. Learn more about blocking a user.
