Adds the possibility to assign groups like `admin` via the `groups` claim directly from the OIDC provider.
An example of something like this can be found in [Audiobookshelf](https://github.com/advplyr/audiobookshelf)
Mapping OIDC groups both to komodo groups and assigning admin status would be highly welcome. Ideally one would not even need an initial super admin.

Blocking a user prevents them from interacting with repositories, such as opening or commenting on pull requests or issues. Learn more about blocking a user.
