As a user I would like to be able to set a time range on alerters in which to ignore issues and prevent notifications from being sent. As I do nightly backups of all servers I typically wake up to a bunch of notifications. To solve this I would like to have the option under an alerter to specify a time range such as 1am - 2am in which all alerts will be prevented.

Rather than opening a new feature, thought I would tag onto this one. If a maintenance window feature is added, would be nice to be able to constrain auto updates to run in this window to prevent stack from redeploying at undesired times.
