usability: Tracking configurations in Git is a pretty core feature because nobody wants configuration drift and a new user won't be able to work this way before getting the admin all the necessary info, which might break the workflow, since the admin may not always be available
security: The user has to disclose their own secrets to the admin giving them access to resources they shouldn't have access to
I thought there would be a Providers section available to the user that has entries scoped to that user only, so that they can do all this autonomously.
Do you think that would be a good idea?

Hello!
As said in https://github.com/moghtech/komodo/discussions/261#discussioncomment-14890776, right now the non-admin user has to reach out to an admin in order to use their own Git and container registry accounts.
This is bad for both:

Blocking a user prevents them from interacting with repositories, such as opening or commenting on pull requests or issues. Learn more about blocking a user.
