Description

I tried to migrate the repo (acl4ssr/acl4ssr) from GitHub takes a long time. It doesn't finish in 18 hours.
The git should be OK as I succeeded to clone this GitHub repo in the docker console by using git command.

Gitea Version

1.17.2 built with GNU Make 4.3, go1.18.6 : bindata, timetzdata, sqlite, sqlite_unlock_notify

Can you reproduce the bug on the Gitea demo site?
