Feature Description

Having to use emoji or some other form of organising labels for ease-of-use when picking them (based on least to most used) is cumbersome. If we had the ability to rearrange labels via a drag-and-drop or other form of reordering method it would save quite a bit of time for those who rely on labels frequently for organisation.
