Description

I upgraded from 1.16.x to 1.17.0+dev-314-g2b55422cd then to 1.17.0-rc1.

In 1.16, icons were OK for theme arc-green
In both 1.17, they are wrong.

You can ignore the bug, it was my bad.

I added a template to render svg with white background instead of transparent for something else, and it affected all icons.
