Adding a file bigger than 4MB results in the file not getting added to the issue, yet the user is presented

  • a list containing the image
  • an option to "Remove file"
  • an error indicator that can be interpreted as a "Remove file" button
  • no error message (unless he clicks what he presumable successfully added)
