Feature Description

I think it would be great great if Gitea had a feature were issues have weight, instead of issue weights like Gitlab offers which just shows the importance and complexity of issue, it would be great if milestones progress is calculated based on weight of issues instead of number of issues.

Additional

  1. Default Issue weight 1.
  2. When a new Issue is Adde to milestone, milestone progress is calculated instead of the count of closed issues and open issues, it would be the summation of issue weights opend and summation of issue weights closed.
  3. Add a built in special Issue where it holds percentage of unfinshed progress in milestones, so that even whene new issues are added milestone progress is not affected (this issue holds weight negative value).
    4.Only one issues are closed should this builtin special issue weight decreases by the weight of issue closed down.
