Feature Description

In our team, all the members are Chinese, but our project includes many organizations and repositories, and many teams . Sometimes we have to rack our brains to choose a proper name for the organization or team or repository. If organization name, team name, and repository name can be use the local character set, it is easier to understand them in their native language .

  1. Add a Option to administrator page to Enable Create Name use local character set
  2. Create Name use native language whatever you like.

Team names are different from organization and repository names. It will only be stored in database.
