Feature Description

For users, you can set a full name in the profile that will be displayed instead of login/username. Is it possible to add non-English names like this for repositories, organizations and teams that will be displayed instead of their English names?

Related to ( #13295 proposed to use repository name directly, this one proposed to use a display name)
